Price of Online Tutoring Sessions
The average cost of online tutoring varies widely based on the subject, the tutor’s qualifications, and the tutoring platform. Generally, here are the price ranges for one-on-one online tutoring: at American Group International.
- Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Computer Science:
– Professional tutors: $20.00 to $50.00 per session of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
– Student tutors: $10.00 to $25.00 per session of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours
– Online group sessions: $10.00 per student to $50.00 per class at least 5 person per class, normally these are 1.5-hour sessions.
- Languages (English, Arabic, French, Spanish):
– Rates range from $15.00 to $25.00 per 1.5-hour session depending on the platform and the student’s Level). Beginners range from 15.00 per 1.5-hour session. B1 or higher on the CEFR normally starts at $20.00 per 1.5-hour session. Accelerated classes will be $25.00 per 1.5-hour session.
- General Academic Subjects:

Cancelation of classes are not refundable. The teacher has been paid and has booked the spot for your time. Please be aware that if you do not show up for the scheduled session that no refund will be given, and time will only be rescheduled if you pay for the new sessions.
